Using the shopping basket

To Order from The Lite Spot web site simply add the items you want to your shopping basket by clicking the link on the product detail page.

To see the items already added to the basket simply click on the 'view' shopping basket link at the right hand side of the page.

Item quantities can be changed or deleted at any time.
When you are ready to place your order click the 'check out' link in the basket. If you are a new customer follow the links in the checkout section to fill in your delivery details.

Returning customers may simply provide their e-mail and password and the delivery details will be filled in automatically.

Once you are happy with your order and delivery details, you can fill in the payment section and confirm your order.

Delivery/Collect In Store

All items bought from our website comes complete with all the required standard light bulbs. There is a delivery charge of £8.50 to mainland UK, all areas outside of the mainland UK will incur extra delivery charges.  Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland will be charged at £20.00.  The carriage difference will be added as your order is processed inhouse.  A member of our sales team will also contact you to advise you of the charge.

All orders over £150 will qualify for free delivery to mainland UK only.  If outside of the mainland the delivery charge will be added as your order is processed inhouse.  A member of our sales team will also contact you to advise you of the charge.

Collect in store

If you decide to collect your item in our store a member of our staff will contact you when your chosen item(s) are available. This is usually within 7 working days. Our showroom address is: The Lite Spot, Unit 2, Mill Lane Trading Estate, Pontefract Road, Barnsley, South Yorkshire, S71 1HF.

All our prices include VAT at the current rate. Goods are normally despatched within 5 working days of receipt of your order. If for any reason the goods you have ordered are out of stock a member of our staff will contact you with revised delivery details.
